Bacne problems are common and there are many ways of treating them and some work better than others depending on your body. But if you’ve been to your doctor countless times, you’ve been to see your dermatologist who has proscribed different antibiotics, this has failed then they have suggested a range of different techniques to reduce your stress or changing your clothing or getting extra or less sun and none of that has worked then have a read of this.
Acne of all types including bacne is caused by problems with the digestive system, this leads to our biggest organ (skin) having to compensate for the lack of processing going on inside us. Eating fatty or oily foods can be a catalyst in slowing the digestive system but everyone processes food differently. For some people its meat for others is foods with white flour and when your body doesn’t digest and break down what you consume it must go somewhere and the skin is where the excess will end up. A build up of oil in the sebaceous gland and bacteria growth will result in infection and spots/ acne.
Bacne is formed in the same way as all other acne and it’s still an indication of what’s happening on the inside. The use and or overuse of antibiotics which are often proscribed to people with severe bacne can lead to a weakened immune system thus worsening the acne by not being able to heal and not controlling the bacteria growth.
Back acne treatment will be more effective for some people from a holistic approach. A holistic approach includes looking at your lifestyle, your mental state ie: stress and your physical nature. When we are balanced in all we are healthy.
Finding what works for you is essential and your back acne treatment can be benefited from learning what foods are suitable for your body. By making a note of every time your acne flares up and being able to pin point what you ate in the day before that you may be able to narrow down what foods cause your digestive system to act in a sluggish way. There are also a number of products that are a good guide for what foods can help the body and be processed in the way they should be.
I wrote this because I believe there are other holistic and alternative methods of treating acne. A lot of people have been through situations like this where they get to a point that they believe nothing will work. This can help!
