Do Acne Creams Work? Find Out Here

There are countless creams and solutions on the market today which are supposed to sort out your acne problems once and for all. But do these magic solutions really work? I have had problems with acne since I was 13 years old. And believe me when I say that I have tried at least 20 different acne removal creams which all promised wonders, but never fulfilled them.
Although I had different results with each of them. Some of them had no effect whatsoever, some of them made my acne only worse, some of them only made my skin dry, red and itchy and some of them had an effect but only temporarily. There was one cream which almost completely cleared my acne once but after a week it was all back and this time the cream would not work anymore. The acne became immune to it.
I wasted so much money on acne products only to find out that they are never a permanent solution. But fortunately now I know what a permanent solution to acne is. It all comes down to 2 main things: your lifestyle, and your diet. If you are a busy person who is regularly exposed to stress the chances are you are going to be more vulnerable to developing acne.
If you don’t eat enough vegetables, fruits and nuts the chances are your skin lacks important minerals that keep it healthy (such as zinc and selenium both found in most types of nuts) and you are having problems with acne.
Let me explain to you why an acne cream or any other chemical wont help you to get rid of acne. The reason for this is because the pimples and blackheads are only the result of an internal problem. The source of acne is much deeper in your body. Therefore attacking only the result (the acne on your face) will NEVER solve the problem. The acne will always come back again, and it gets more immune to these chemicals as you apply more of them.
Therefore the conclusion is: stay away from acne creams and all other chemical acne “removers”.
As I said I also suffered from acne and I tried many different creams, cleaners and even strong antibiotics to get rid of it. Some of them worked a little but had only temporary effect and others made my acne worse than before.
