3. Washing Your Face – Its important to wash your face as much as twice a day. You should be very careful that you do so gently, however, as excessive scrubbing of the skin will have a detrimental effect. Furthermore, you need to ensure you limit yourself to only washing twice a day. If you were to over-wash your skin, more sebum will be produced which will further increase your acne.
